OPPO F5: Specs

Now that the OPPO F5 is official, we can now confirm the handset’s true specs. A lot of rumors about the phone circulated, we even featured one or two. And while we got most of it right, some were actually pretty close.

The OPPO F5 comes with a 6-inch full HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, and a resolution of 2160 x 1080. Protected by Gorilla Glass 5, the phone is surrounded by thin bezels all around. Despite the screen size, the handset is pretty slim because of 18:9 aspect ratio. In fact, its a hair smaller than the iPhone 7 Plus.

Inside, the OPPO F5 is powered by a 2.50GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6763T processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. It has a back mounted fingerprint scanner and, as an added layer of security, a face unlock functionality.

OPPO F5 to Come in Three Flavors?
For selfie lovers, the OPPO F5 boasts a 20MP front camera with f/2.0 lens and an 1/2.8-inch sensor aided by a screen flash. The rear camera packs a 16MP sensor with a bright f/1.8 lens, PDAF, and an LED flash.



One of the more interesting features of the newest Selfie Expert is the AI Beauty camera.
