It is powered by a 2.2 Octa-Core Processor with Qualcomm Snapdragon 710AIE chipset and Adreno 616 GPU. Motorola Razr available in one RAM variant 6 GB RAM and 128 GB inbuilt Storage and Which can't be Expandable with MicroSD Card.
