The Redmi Note 5,
a rebranded Redmi 5 Plus, features a 5.99-inch full HD display with an
18:9 aspect ratio and Gorilla Glass protection. it has a metal unibody,
for added durability and premium finish. Inside, you'll find a 2.0GHz
octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and
32GB of storage.
The
handset comes with a 12MP rear camera equipped with an f/2.2 lens,
PDAF, and dual tone flash. The front camera uses 5MP sensor and an LED
flash.
The phone also comes with a 4,000 mAh battery with fast charging support, and a runs on MIUI 9 based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat.
